Acceptance
By accessing or using Zaptik, you agree to these terms. If you are using Zaptik on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Service description
Zaptik provides read-only operational intelligence for ServiceNow instances, including drift detection, weekly digests, and instance graph analysis. Zaptik does not write to your ServiceNow instance under any circumstances.
Acceptable use
You may use Zaptik only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Zaptik to violate any applicable law, infringe any intellectual property rights, or interfere with the integrity of any ServiceNow instance you do not have authorization to access.
Your data
You retain ownership of all ServiceNow data accessed by Zaptik. You grant Zaptik a limited license to access and process that data solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Pilot terms
Pilot access is provided at no cost for 30 days. Conversion to a paid subscription requires a named reference. Zaptik reserves the right to terminate pilot access at any time with 7 days notice.
Limitation of liability
Zaptik is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaptik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Zaptik after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
